Design and construction of plants for the production of distillates (brandy, wine brandy, grappa, whisky, gin).
Our stills are made of AISI 304 steel. They consist of a boiler of variable capacity. Depending on the required use and the type of product to be realized, the stills can be composed according to 4 models: dome / dome + plates / dome + dephlegmator / dome + plates + dephlegmator.
In all the plants there is an external gin basket with removable basket made of steel for botanical containment and a series of pipes for the connection of the various components.
For the control of the still, a PLC is supplied with various functions: temperature control, resistance management, agitator regulation (the agitator is an optional element).
The plants have a power of 11 kW, reach a maximum temperature of 105°, the maximum working pressure is 0.5 bar.
The 4 models of Bull allow to produce various types of distillates from simple gin, to geist of fruit, through brandy, to acqueviti and whisky.
